Project Results:

Designed and facilitated a national academy of sciences weight elicitation exercise that provided planners with objective data for measuring stakeholder perceptions of risk and the relative weight of various “best case” and “worst case” planning scenarios.

Group Solutions provided process design, facilitation for public meetings and technology to support the planning exercise.

The process captured and compared input from over 200 stakeholders representing federal, state and parish governments, academia, conservation interests and the business community.
