Project Results:

Facilitated a national conference charged with actively involve front line membership in identification of the key issues, ratification of strategic operational issues and the formation of issue groups that would be responsible for action.

Recommendations from the plenary business session advanced through the process and a series of membership polls to move ahead. Members were encouraged to “vote with their feet” to select the issue group most important to them.

Post session feedback indicated this was the first time many members felt genuinely engaged in the direction setting of the organization.
