Project Results:

Facilitated the creation of community clusters to advise on priorities local issue advocacy on homelessness, teen pregnancy and crime prevention. Initial expectations were for this process to take 2 years to complete.

Group Solutions provided process design, technology and facilitation. Working concurrently and collaboratively, cluster teams delivered recommendations in 6 weeks.
